Will Matthews is a founding partner at Dennison | Matthews, and assists clients with a variety of litigation and transactional matters. Will has a broad range of experience advising businesses and individuals in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate transactions, community association issues, and corporate matters. Before starting Dennison | Matthews, Will was a partner at a large Am Law 200 firm in its Orlando office.
Will represents all types of entities in litigation disputes. He has experience in state and federal courts across the State of Florida, including numerous trials and evidentiary hearings. He advises businesses, corporations, general contractors, sub-contractors, material suppliers, developers, investors, community associations, and individuals in a variety of payment disputes, contract related issues, tort matters, corporate disputes, landlord / tenant issues, collection cases, creditors rights bankruptcy issues, and more.
Will also represents clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of real property. He assists clients in small and large transactions and advises on all deal aspects including due diligence matters, title review, land use issues, zoning, survey items, financing, closing issues, post-closing matters, and otherwise. Will advises clients on commercial and residential leasing issues and acts as a closing and settlement agent for real estate transactions.
